Detoxification and Medication Assisted Treatment

At the Community and Long-Term Care Psychiatry, L.L.C. we believe that treatment of substance use disorders in addition to co-morbid mental disorders ensures a much higher remission rate with a much lower rate of recidivism. Our providers are experienced in outpatient treatment of alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opioid use disorders, and in addition to using Buprenorphine (Subutex) and Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone) that can be used to detoxify or to provide maintenance therapy for opiate dependence, we use Naltrexone tablets and Vivitrol injections for opioid dependence or alcoholism.
